Sanchit Dhawan is a dual-qualified lawyer in India and Canada. Before moving to Canada in 2019, he practiced independently in India for over 10 years, focusing on criminal law, corporate matters, civil litigation, and family law.

After relocating to Calgary, Sanchit completed his NCA accreditation and CPLED program. He articled with Lakhanpal Law Office, where he gained experience in residential and commercial real estate as well as wills and estates. He was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in December 2022.

Sanchit assists clients with criminal defense, real estate transactions, commercial matters, wills and estates, and civil litigation. He is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, enabling him to serve clients in multiple languages. Sanchit is dedicated to providing clear, practical, and solution-oriented advice, always keeping his clients’ priorities at the forefront.

Outside of his legal practice, Sanchit enjoys hiking, travelling, watching movies, as well as spending quality time with his family.
