Tiffany Permaul practices primarily in civil litigation, with significant experience in complex matters involving construction law, bankruptcy, and contract disputes among others. She has experience appearing in Provincial Court and frequently appears before the Court of King’s Bench and has successfully argued an Appeal in Justice Chambers during her articles. Tiffany also has experience before the Court of Appeal, where she played a key role in Hunt v Riehl, 2024 ABCA 298 —a precedent-setting decision on setting aside a noting in default, which is now relied upon in both legal practice and education.
Tiffany is recognized for her strong legal reasoning, persuasive advocacy, and commitment to achieving effective results for her clients. She brings a client-centered approach to every matter, providing practical and strategic solutions to complex legal disputes.
Outside of practice, Tiffany enjoys staying active, watching movies, collecting action figures, exploring new cuisines with her husband, spending time with family and friends and working on her car.
